What are the payment options?
Paypal and bank transfer.

How should I care for my print?
Handle the print with clean gloves.
Matt and frame your print at a frame store.
Keep out of direct sunlight and damp conditions.

Do the prints come framed?
No, I do not offer framing services.
The prints come securily wrapped and packaged, and should be taken
to a frame store to get properly framed.

How are the photos printed and signed?
Inkjet Fine Art printing on Hahnemuhle archival paper to museum quality standards.
All prints are hand signed/numbered by Cherie.

How long does it take to get the print?
Orders are made upon request, so expect up to 2 weeks for the print to be printed,
inspected, signed, packaged, and shipped.

How will the print be shipped?
Shipping is included, and is sent with a tracking number.
Bigger prints are sent recommended with tracking number and insurance.
Small print sizes are shipped flat, supported by layers of cardboard.
The big prints are rolled and shipped in a thick photo tube.

Can I make a custom order?
Yes. Different photos and sizes are available upon request,
please email prints@cheriehansson.com for any inquiries.

Do you accept returns?
I don't accept returns, but if the print is damaged or there is something wrong with it,
I ask for proof of damage and I'll send a replacement as soon as possible.

What happens to the edition if it is sold out?
The print will never be sold in that size again.
